The therapy process starts with an initial assessment where you can talk about issues in confidence with a professional.
At the initial appointment, the therapist will explore current issues and establish the focus of therapy. This will provide you with an opportunity to discuss the issues you may want to bring into therapy and the best way forward to help you.
There will also be an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have. Following this initial assessment, you are under no obligation to commit to further sessions. All sessions are between 50 minutes to an hour.
Appointments are usually available within 48 hours. We are available to help with new enquiries 7 days a week.
